CareHawk® was founded in 2006 by former Dukane Canada Corp managers and engineers, bringing with them the history, knowledge and quality synonomous with the Dukane® family of communication products. CareHawk® proudly provides products, parts and support under the Dukane® and CareHawk® brands.
Dukane MCS350 and StarCall Support
We continue to support Dukane MCS350 and StarCall system owners with spare parts and repairs when available. Obsolete parts for these aging systems are very limited in supply or often unavailable.
We highly recommend updating MCS350 and StarCall systems to CareHawk CH1000 or CH2000IP platforms to ensure reliability and the advantage of modern safety communication technologies.
Updating typically requires a simple change to the headend without having to update existing wiring and speakers.
